bias alert!: still totally obsessed with ‘Doctor Who,’ psyched for ‘3:10 to Yuma,’ dreadin’ ‘Balls of Fury,’ hatin’ Seth Rogen

YES!
current obsession:
doctor who
current boyfriend:
david tennant’s doctor
i’m psyched:
3:10 to Yuma
NO!
current enemy:
seth rogen, screenwriter of the abysmally juvenile superbad
i’m dreading:
balls of fury

I’m sorry to have to demote Richard Armitage from the boyfriend slot, but I’m ridiculously obessessed with Doctor Who in all ways at the moment. (Richard will return, I’m sure, when I get back to Robin Hood eventually.)

And: 3:10 to Yuma? Christian Bale and Russell Crowe? Oh. My. God.

  • BTW, there’s a bunch of neat David Tennent stuff on YouTube, including an unexpurgated interview with Graham Norton.

  • MaryAnn

I’ve heard that. But I’m afraid I’ll get lost all day in YouTubing, and I can’t afford that timewise at the moment.

Damn you, David Tennant, for being so damn adorable and talented and funny and all that. Damn you.

  • Of course, Superbad’s juvenile, it’s about horny teenagers! It’s like complaining that a chick flick isn’t manly enough…

Oh well, I’m still looking forward to your review. I didn’t agree with you about Knocked Up either, but you did make some good points…

  • MaryAnn

A movie can be about horny teenagers without being juvenile.

  • It’s OK, once it’s on YouTube it almost never goes away.
