The horrendous way that the season finale of Doctor Who was chopped up by the Sci Fi Channel for American broadcast has me thinking about the craft of editing — and its power:

Just wondering if you were gonna post a review for “The Assisination of Jesse James..”, I would really like to hear your view on it, as most critics have been divided, and I have come to trust your reviews. (Only major difference of opinion have been “Titanic”, But seeing how it made a trillion dollars, i’m probably in the minority:)
I would also love to see reviews for “Lust, Caution”, “Elizabeth” (the first was awesome), “Michael Clayton”, “Sleuth” and “American Gangster”.
Yes, I will post reviews. But I’m not a machine. I’ll get to them soon. But the ones that don’t open for a while — like *American Gangster* — you’ll have to wait till near opening day.
