The Last Five Years movie rating: red light

The Last Five Years red light Anna Kendrick Jeremy Jordan

An unpleasant couple sings ridiculously on-the-nose lyrics about the collapse of a romance that we are given no way to sympathize with or understand. Absolute torture.
I’m “biast” (pro): really like Anna Kendrick

I’m “biast” (con): nothing

(what is this about? see my critic’s minifesto)

(My Ratings posts are a quick way for me to share my reaction to a film. This post will be updated if/when I ever write a review. Feel free to discuss the movie in depth in the comments section.)
