10 years of Flick Filosopher: the heartless bitch appears
It was bound to happen, and it was bound to be Julia Roberts who would be responsible. My review of the chick-flick romantic comedy My Best Friend’s Wedding brought out the heartless bitch in me:
Heartlessly, I am not a fan of froofy, fairy-tale weddings -- the whole princess-for-a-day thing makes me gag. I also am not a fan of Julia Roberts -- she can never be forgiven for her happy hooker of Pretty Woman. Hence, I approached My Best Friend's Wedding (starring Roberts, Dermot Mulroney, Cameron Diaz, Rupert Everett) spoiling for a fight. And I was not disappointed.

I'm still waiting for you to remember the snarkiest of reviews you'd ever done: the one for Tomb Raider.

How do you turn an entire week into a 10-year celebration? If only you did this for Bruce Campbell... oh, wait.

I'll get to *Tomb Raider* eventually. I gotta pace myself if I'm gonna drag this out over an entire year.
And just wait: there's still more Bruce stuff to come. I gotta review *Brisco County,* and there's a really old film of Bruce's called *Going Back* that'll be out on DVD soon. I've got an advance copy and will be yacking about it soon... Oh, and there's season 4 of *Ellen,* too -- Bruce is in a bunch of those, and that'll be on DVD soon, too, so of course I'll have something to say about that.
