geeks’ night out: come see ‘300’ in Times Square

We did it for Snakes on a Plane, and now we’re doing it for 300, the new historical action drama comic-book fantasy.

Join me and my gang of geeks for a Geeks’ Night Out as we catch a late-afternoon showing of 300 in Times Square in New York on Saturday, March 10. Afterward, we’ll head down to the local Dave & Buster’s (kind of a Chuck E. Cheese for grownups) for drinks/appetizers/general debauchery; from there, folks can head out to dinner, or just hang out, as we did after we saw Snakes on a Plane last summer.

It’s all pay-as-you-go -- you buy your own movie tickets, your own refreshments, etc.

I’ll post more details later in the week, once movie times are available, but I’m planning on us descending upon a 5pm-ish showing.
