Well, Jonathan Coulter may be cool, but I've actually met Benoit Mandlebrot. True Story - I was doing demos on my computer at a trade show by drawing Mandelbrot fractals, and Dr Mandelbrot himself came by. I didn't recognize him so I actually started to explain what he was seeing. At that point, he started laughing, and I turned red!
