The Norwegian church and the statue that Tosh and Tommy visit in “To the Last Man”?

I was there:

It is the Norwegian Church Arts Centre, and it’s right on Cardiff Bay, a short walk from the Hub. Which is probably why it was a first stop on a legs-stretching stroll for the usually frozen guy.
