That has to be in India. I've been there twice and traffic is like that everywhere in the cities. The Indians in the state of Tamil Nadu have a saying that, "If you can drive in Madras, you can drive anywhere in the world." What's really fun is "riding" in one of those three wheeled yellow and black taxi cabs. :) It's better than a roller coaster.

That's so funny, James, I had exactly the same thought! As soon as I saw those little mini-taxis, I got a little homesick for the wonder that is driving in India. Makes you really appreciate it whenever you arrive at your destination.
