Yeah, the DVD probably is rubbish. You should really go down to an actual Krav training centre. We have one here in the Silicon Valley, and my wife loves it (I don't do it, because I'm an out of shape marshmallow.)

I wouldn't worry about it. The vast majority of people who would buy it would watch it, screw around practicing on their kids for a week, and never do anything with it ever again. People who are serious will go to an appropriate training center and learn to do it safely, the knuckleheads will try it in a bar fight, get their ass kicked, and never think about it again...

I can't wait to be The Zohan. Does this also teach you how to handle old women like The Zohan?

Lame. This is not something you can learn from a video, and the producers know it.

I was once grabbed by a old lady in Nanjing who insisted on overcharging me for a taxi ride (100% markup) and she just wouldn't let go of my arm and I thought, "great, I know the perfect kick ass move for this situation but I'm being held up by someone's grandmother." Thank goodness a couple of local college girls came over and saved me.

SIX dvds? Who would spend their time sitting through all of those...?

Oh, there are people who would, but you don't want to know them.
