the oh-no! DVD of the week: ‘Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Mystery of the Easter Chipmunk’

Well, I guess if one kind of semirodential critter -- the wabbit -- gets his own holiday to shine, he cannot expect that other semirodential critter -- the chipmunk -- will not try to semirodentially weasel in on the bunny’s turf. If only we’d given the chipmunk the holiday he’d asked for -- August 10’s National Duran Duran Appreciation Day -- this could have been avoided. After all, the groundhog has his day. Why shouldn’t the chipmunk?

Rabbits, Weasels and Chipmunks.. Sounds like your having trouble finding a good old fashioned hot dog over in the uk :)

What really boggles me about this is how anyone who has ever seen an actual chipmunk could apply that word to.... whatever the hell that is on the cover of this DVD.
