Take a break from work: watch a trailer...

The message: Don’t sleep in the basement!
Oh, you know, why don’t the dead just die already? Don’t they know they’re really pissing us off?
Also: Connecticut? So not scary. Unless your talking about real estate prices in Greenwich.
The Haunting in Connecticut opens in the U.S. and the U.K. on March 27.

Yeah. This just looks really dumb. And all the "Based on a True Story!" tags just make me retch.

Didn't they already make this movie?
About fifteen times?
Just saying.

I think I saw the cable-tv version of this, one of those faux documentaries with re-enactments, and it was actually kinda creepy.
This looks like a string of the usual horror set-pieces.

Yeah, there's an episode of the Discovery Channel's A Haunting that's called "A Haunting in Connecticut" (or maybe it's considered a pilot movie? It's the same format as the eps., just double-length), and the plot of that seems to have a lot in common with this movie. Except, yeah, it's actually a little creepy, despite having a budget of about twelve bucks. Still, same ghost?
