This seemed to be a popular item -- I saw this shirt all over London. Not actually on anybody’s body, just in all the stalls of souvenir hawkers:
The former headquarters of Torchwood at Canary Wharf. You’d never know the area was recently destroyed in a battle between Daleks and Cybermen -- everything’s been rebuilt. Of course, the government denies the battle ever happened in the first place:
