dream cast: hypothetical ’21 Jump Street’ remakeIt’s still Thursday for a little while, and that means it’s time to remake an 80s classic TV show or movie with an all-new cast. This week: 21 Jump Street, the 1987-91 Fox drama about young-looking cops who go undercover in high schools. Now that I look back at it, it was like Law & Order meets High School Musical, without all the singing and dancing. (The idea for this week’s Dream Cast comes courtesy of reader Kate. Oh, I loved this show, and not just for Johnny Depp, but mostly for Depp and Peter DeLuise, who had extraordinary chemistry together. It’d be hard to replicate in a remake, but we thrive on challenges here. If he got into acting, I'd love to see Grant Imahara from Mythbusters as Harry Ioki.
During the original run of 21 Jump Street, when all of my friends were flipping out over Johnny Depp, I had a thing for Dustin Nguyen.

i think that the remake of 21 jump street coming out in 2012 is gunna be stupid i mean you cant replace the original actors like johnny depp, dustin nuygen, holly robinson, peter deluise,
