trailer break: ‘Antichrist’

Take a break from work: watch a trailer...

Speaking of Lars von Trier’s latest...

You’d think people would know by now not to go to remote cabins in the woods. Nothing good ever happens in remote cabins in the woods. And goodness, you certainly don’t go with Willem Dafoe: that’s just a recipe for horror.

As trailers go... well, this one is certainly atmospheric. And it doesn’t spoil the whole story. Two thumbs up!

Antichrist is now in theaters in the U.K. it opens in the U.S. on October 23.

I had no idea this was Lars Von Trier; I am totally on board!

Seeing that you ranked it second-worst this year, I'm anticipating the review.

So, now that you've finally seen it, is there going to be a review? Or is revisiting "Antichrist" in such a way too much of a painful experience?

It'll be a shame if you don't review it - one of the fascinating things about this movie is how it divides people... it would be interesting to compare your review of this movie to the others... which tend to be either wildly negative or wildly positive...

I will review it, and very soon, I hope. (I need more hours in the day.)

Yo, there is still no review of this movie?

joe, I have an inkling that there are two reviews to go up on Dec. 24th, two reviews MaryAnn has announced, two reviews many of us have been waiting for, and I think this movie gets one of them ...
