bias update: August 13

obsession: Torchwood: Children of Earth (yes, my episode-by-episode is on its way, I hope next week)

boyfriend: Sharlto Copley in District 9 (not his character, Wikus Van De Merwe, who’s completely dorky, but the actor, who’s smart and funny and adorably sort of David Tennant-y as himself)

psyched: absolutely nothing (it’s August)

girl crush: Meryl Streep as Julia Child in Julie & Julie (never apologize!)

dreading: All About Steve (it’s Sandra Bullock -- what’s not to dread?)

enemy: Channing Tatum in G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra (I honestly do not understand why the fuck he’s famous)

Copley is your crush???

Sigh. Some guy hops into a mecha and immediately you start drawing heart shapes around his chassis...

Copley AND Blomkamp! yum

Why those movies are not available here in my homecountry-Tanzania? Being a developing country, Tanzania needs to get both cultural and scientific exposure from developed countries

I like Sandra Bullock but I don't like her movies

Don't all the gays go crazy for Channing Tatum - does nothing for me either tho

I used to be a big Sandra Bullock fan, but she stopped making movies I wanted to see, so with a heavy heart I stopped going.

So this hasn't been updated for a while. Tell me, are you psyched for Tim Burton's 9? I know you're a Burton fan, plus your taste in animation tends to overlap mine, and I can't wait for it.
