no girl critics allowed...

...no more chick flicks, and won’t someone please save us from male critics who don’t understand women?

It’s The Week in Women, the latest installment of my regular column over at the Alliance of Women Film Journalists.

Happy Saturday.

Oh, right, they chose two men because of sexism. It couldn't be that A.O. Scott and Michael Phillips are two of the most established critics who guest hosted 'At the Movies' several times and were natural and comfortable in front of the camera and insightful each time, while the 9 women that guest hosted weren't nearly as good (except for Aisha Tyler). Yeah, it must be Disney's hatred of women.
