trailer break: ‘Crude’

Take a break from work: watch a trailer...

Huffington Post called this “the film Chevron doesn’t want you to see” -- and it’s easy to see why.

Director Joe Berlinger makes amazing documentaries, such as Paradise Lost, about three teenagers that the film appears to prove were wrongly convicted of murder and appears to uncover the real killer; and Metallica: Some Kind of Monster, one of the most astonishing movies ever about the creative process. So I’m expecting more than the typical 60 Minutes-style piece of journalism these kinds of documentaries have become these days.

Crude opens in the U.S. on September 9; no U.K. release date has been announced.
