the oh-no! DVD of the week: ‘Sophia Returning: The Path to Planetary Tantra’So, who is this Sophia chick, and why does she want to have tantric sex with the planet? Is this some sort of weird green porno? John Lamb Lash is one of the foremost exponents of the power of myth to direct and shape an individual’s life, as well as history itself. Okay, snark off. I’m fully appreciative of the idea that we have to wise up regarding how we may be fucking up pretty much everything and should step more lightly on the Earth than we have been, but there’s no need to bring religion and the zodiac into it. Our problems have been caused by a lack of reason and rationality, and the way to fix that is to get away from some of the bizarre shit that people like John Lamb Lash believe in -- that connect-the-dot pictures in the sky mean anything at all -- not to indulge in more of it. I mean, sheesh. Disqus commentsblog comments powered by Disqus |
