What you see there are the remains of a rabbit, venison, and pheasant pie -- no pigs were harmed in the making of it. (Nigel remained safely in my bag while we sampled all the many delicious local pork sausages from the Warwickshire farmers in attendance.)

Afterward, we visited some of the local Bard-related sights. Here, Nigel pitches in with the ongoing renovations to the RSC’s home theater:
