Before his breakout role in The Green Mile, Michael Clarke Duncan played King Balthazar the Wise Man in the 1993 North Shore Presbyterian Church Nativity play. Critics hailed his natural delivery and powerful stage presence. Henry the Horse's portrayal of the camel went sadly unmentioned.
