That’s right: it’s a DVD about playing outside:
There are plenty of mysteries to keep the Busytown friends very busy! Missing playground items, a mysterious note at the Busytown Bank, an empty swimming hole and a flying saucer are only the beginning of the mysteries Huckle and the Busytown friends try to solve with some outdoor fun!
For all the fun of running around on the playground screaming like a banshee, without any of the fuss or mess of fresh air, sunshine, and invigorating exercise.
The mind boggles.

Well, to be fair to the cartoon animals, it doesn't sound as though this is meant to be a virtual playground. I think it's a collection of kids' mysteries, some of which take place in a schoolyard. You may not be a fan of talking cats, but it looks like a fairly traditional children's cartoon. I should note, though, that I'm a children's librarian, and I like Richard Scarry.
