ABC is back on Cablevision...

...after being out for most of the day on Sunday.

Apparently there was some caving on both sides.

I’m gonna hang on to those HD rabbit ears I wasted too much time and money on Sunday acquiring and setting up, because this is sure to be but the first of many similar disputes we’ll see until everyone just dials the greed way the hell back.

Cablevision’s profits in 2009? $285.6 million. Disney’s (parent of ABC) profits for the fourth quarter alone in 2009? $895 million. That’s profits, not revenues.

Bastards.

how fucking maddening is that?!?!?!?

sometimes they are out to get you

If nothing else, the rabbit ears might help you - in almost all cases, cable/satellite compression gives a lesser HD signal than what you can get over the air. If you're watching it live, you'll be much better off with the antenna.
