What's horrifying about Lego Doctor Who? The Lego hobby is an incredibly vibrant artistic pursuit utilizing an unusual medium to astonishing ends, including a very active community of filmmakers (predominantly working with stop-motion animation). I'd encourage you to check out the "AFOL" (Adult Fan Of Lego) scene some time- in fact, you just missed Nathan Sawaya's exhibition in New York City (http://www.brickartist.com/).
There's a lot to be impressed by (and hopefully not as much to be horrified by as you think) in the Lego builder community.

OK, just got a chance to look at this. i can deal with the Legos DW; i can deal with the Doctor landing in a texas town; i can deal with the fuzziness and the opening... but the Doctor sounds like The Swedish Chef! the voices sound like they're done by a 10 year old child (impossible to tell if male or female... they pretty much sound the same at that age), so that might be an explanation... very strange stuff. although no stranger than most fanfic, i suppose.
