The person who did the crepe jumpsuit, wide belt, and cantilever heel was fairly prescient. I wouldn't necessarily stare if I saw that in Manhattan.

I love how the more futuristic something is, the more it reflects the time it came from.
But leaving the air conditioning out of it, the jumpsuit and the dress right after it (*swish*) are very close to current or recent red carpet trends. (Doesn't Posh have a set of heels like that?) Two out of that few isn't a bad success rate.
