female gazing at: Patrick Wilson
It appears that His Gorgeousness Patrick Wilson is appearing in, The Switch, the upcoming and gotta-be-appalling movie about Jason Bateman’s semen. Which should mean that I will be able to refrain from going on a shooting spree while the movie is in progress. Hopefully, every time I feel the urge to murder -- say, during what is sure to be one of Jennifer Aniston’s 187 supposed-to-be-adorable temper tantrums -- this will appear onscreen:
and I will instantly melt into goo.
I sat next to Wilson at a press thing once, for Lakeview Terrace. It took all my self-control not to reach out and touch him. He talked about such things as being able to discuss the philosophy of Star Wars for hours. In other words: the man is a dork. Which is why he rocked that Nightowl costume in Watchmen:
Though he looked awful nice without it, too:
I’m posting pictures like these every weekday, of a man who is attractive and desirable, because I like to look, dammit -- and because the female gaze doesn’t have to be such serious business. (If you have a suggestion for someone we should female-gaze at, feel free to email me with a name or a link to a particular photo.) Disqus commentsblog comments powered by Disqus |

I've met Patrick a couple times and been able to spend time talking with him. He is a wonderful, kind person willing to do almost anything to accomodate his fans. So thrilled that he is finally getting the attention he deserves. He's an amazing actor (Hard Candy; Angels in America) and singer (Phantom of the Opera as well as Tony nominations). And he sure is nice to look at.

He was one of the best things about "Little Children", too.
