This doesn't really belong here but I am begging for help. Can anyone tell me the Dr. Who episode where David Tennant twirls around the Tardis console pushing buttons and ends up joyously throwing his hands up in the air?
No, in this one he is alone and it looks like he's gotten the Tardis working again and is really happy. He ends up with his back to the camera and his hands in the air. I thought it might be The Age of Steel when the one light is enough to get the Tardis back in gear but it's not there. I imagined it was probably series 2 because he is never really that happy again, but maybe I'm wrong.

That sounds like almost every David Tennant episode, Alice. :->
Though perhaps you're thinking of "Tooth and Claw," where he's actually dancing to Ian Drury?
