Tomorrow would have been John Lennon’s 70th birthday. It is a crime against humanity that he is not still with us.

Yes, that’s Aaron “Kick-Ass” Johnson as Lennon, and Thomas Sangster -- the little boy from Love Actually -- as Paul McCartney. How is it possible that he’s old enough for this?

Nowhere Boy opens in New York on October 8, and in Canada on October 15. It is available on Region 2 DVD in the U.K.
