‘Doctor Who’ thing of the day: cute little joke on ‘Robot Chicken’

I spotted this little bit on an episode of Robot Chicken the other night:

The Doctor stands there for a minute, sort of tapping his foot and exuding exasperation, and finally shouts, “Get it?” And it cuts away to the next bit.
Get it?

Think a certain Abbott and Costello routine…

Silly? Of course. Geeky on multiple levels? Hell, yeah. But that’s Robot Chicken for ya.
