question of the day: Has a movie ever inspired you to want to write its sequel?

Today’s question comes from John, who wants to know?

Has a movie ever inspired you to want to write its sequel?

Obviously, we need to know the title(s) of the movie(s) that left you so wanting more than you at least thought about what a sequel could bring. But I think we’d also like to know what it was about the story or the characters that was both left open-ended enough that a sequel was warranted, and was good enough that you’d actually want to see more of it.
