watch it: where are all the women in film?

The Women’s Media Center went to Sundance, and all they got was a lousy reminder that women are in shocking minorities all over the media... and that the invisibility of women in media is itself invisible: few people notice how absent women are. So they made this video.

Seventy-seven percent of film critics are male? I figured it was a lot more, actually. All too often I’m the only woman in a screening room...
