question of the day: What should be the plot and setting for ‘The Hangover Part III’?Oh, you know it’s inevitable. The Hangover Part II will likely get booted from the top of the global box office with X-Men: First Class opening all over the world this weekend, but the damage is done. Hangover II has already grossed more than $200 million worldwide, so you know Hangover III cannot be far behind. (In fact, Part III appears to be “all but a given.”) So let’s get ahead of the curve: What should be the plot and setting for The Hangover Part III? My idea (which you may have already seen if you follow me on Twitter or Facebook): The guys go on a boys-only liver-transplant trip to Rio. Comedy ensues. Your turn. How can Todd Phillips and Co. up the ante? Or -- if Hangover II is anything to go by -- perhaps they won’t. Should they just make the same movie over again, for a third time? (If you have a suggestion for a QOTD, feel free to email me. Responses to this QOTD sent by email will be ignored; please post your responses here.) Disqus commentsblog comments powered by Disqus |
