Apollo 18 (second trailer)

You know what the absolute best thing about this movie is going to be? When the we-didn’t-land-on-the-moon conspiracy theorists lock onto it as evidence that a moon landing could be convincingly faked by Hollywood. Never mind that FX technology has advanced considerably since 1969.

And there will the competing conspiracy theorists who will insist that this movie isn’t a Hollywood put-on but is actually for-reals, and the government is allowing it to be released now as “fiction” in order to start softening us up for the actual truth, which is that Grays are among us and the Lizards are coming. Or something.

Gonna be so much fun.

Apollo 18 opens in the U.S., Canada, and the U.K. on September 2.
