dumb yourself down to succeed online

Now I see the error of my ways. Website Grader informs me that I’m just too damn intellectual to ever achieve true Web popularity:

You must have a PhD to ride this site

This score measures the approximate level of education necessary to read and understand the web page content. In most cases, the content should be made to be simple so that a majority of the target audience can understand it.

Everyone without a PhD, outta the pool!

Seriously, though: How sad is this? If you want to succeed online, you need to dumb yourself waaaaay the hell down. At least, that’s what the “experts” say.
