Char suggested we gaze at Tom Hardy because “he’s dreamy.” Indeed he is:

Hardy broke through last year in Inception...

...but we’ll be seeing a lot more of him over the next few years in Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy, as Bane in The Dark Knight Rises, and as Max himself in Mad Max: Fury Road. Just used to this face:
