Damn, I’m probably gonna love this movie and be massively depressed by it at the same time. What’s not to love, with George Clooney (also directing) and Ryan Gosling and Marisa Tomei and Paul Giamatti and Philip Seymour Hoffman? What’s not to be depressed by, with the political corruption, perverted idealism, and, well, geez, someone’s getting betrayed somehow, right? *sigh* support
