The Inbetweeners Movie (trailer)
This will not be screening for critics, and I’ve been debating whether I should take myself out to see it anyway. You know, indulge in the local culture: that sort of thing. But from my second viewing of this trailer -- I was subjected to it somewhere on the big screen that I’ve blocked the memory of in order to protect myself -- I think I can safely give this a miss. The local culture seems much like the culture I left behind in the U.S.: sex- and booze-obsessed teenaged losers have an adventure in which they shave their genitals, insinuate that their best friends are gay, offer one another useless advice on romance, reduce women to body parts, and get so drunk their livers explode. Yup: seen that before. Disqus commentsblog comments powered by Disqus |
