retro ad: 1980s Crazy Eddie commercial

If you lived in New York in the 1980s, you could not have escaped the ads for Crazy Eddie, an electronics and home appliance chain, that were all over the TV no matter which of the 12 channels you flipped over to. (Channel 13 was PBS, and hence free of commercials.)

This is the best part:

Atari, Texas Instruments, Commodore, Xerox, Crazy Eddie’s got ’em all.

Any computer you could ever want, right there.

Oh, 80s, you really were crazy.
