Doctor Who thing of the day: Doctor Who Turkey
I looked for Thanksgiving-related Doctor Who stuff. I did. But Thankgiving not generally being associated with all things British, this was a tough task. The closest I could find is a tumblr called, for no discernible reason, Doctor Who Turkey*, a collection of animated GIFs, juxtaposed images, and other oddities gathered from other sources. I quite like this one:
If someone would like to write some fanfic in the comments about the Doctor dropping in on the Pilgrims and the Indians for that first Thanksgiving dinner, feel free. *I suspect the tumblr was created by someone in the nation of Turkey, but it’s not about fandom in Turkey or anything, so it’s still a weird name. (If you stumble across a cool Doctor Who thing, feel free to email me with a link.) Disqus commentsblog comments powered by Disqus |
