I always hate it when the Christmas decorations come down. It makes a dark and dreary time of year even sadder.

Sadder still -- for someone, not for me -- is that this truck, which was filling up with bagged shiny baubles being removed from a bar in Soho? As I walked past, I saw that a traffic enforcement officer was ticketing the truck for being illegally parked. True story.
