question of the day: What is your most anticipated movie of 2012?
The old year is over, and there’s still some mopping up to do -- awards-baiting films are still expanding; lists must be made -- but 2012 is here, with an accompanying slew of exciting new movies. Well, we hope they’ll be exciting. We’ve been thinking about how we hope they’ll be exciting for months, at a minimum. And soon the opportunities to have our hopes dashed or fulfilled will be upon us. What is your most anticipated movie of 2012? Here are some of the flicks geeks have been drooling for, roughly in order of their North American release dates: The Woman in Black I gotta go with The Hobbit. I have high hopes for some of the others, but I think I might well be happy to have no other movie but The Hobbit to watch this year. That’s how much I trust Peter Jackson after his Lord of the Rings. How about you? (If you have a suggestion for a QOTD, feel free to email me.
