I’ve seen this. I haven’t seen the original, so I don’t know how it compares… but this is a very interesting movie in a lot of ways I fear the intended audience will never appreciate. All those quotes about how brutal and disgusting it is make me worry that gore fans will only be counting the kills and will miss what it’s all about…
I Spit on Your Grave opens in limited release in the U.S. on October 8, and in the U.K. on January 21, 2011; no Canadian release date has been announced.
