‘Doctor Who’ thing of the day: build your own Lego TARDIS

Andrew Summersgill — aka “Doctor Sinister” — really likes the TARDIS. And Legos. So he builds all sorts of Lego TARDISes and puts them into scenarios and photographs them — no Photoshopping! — and posts them to flickr. Like this one, “The TARDIS arrives on board the ISS Europa”:

Though Summersgill does say:

my love of Doctor Who overrides my love of LEGO

he does nevertheless run a site devoted to Lego called Tabletown, where you will find, among much other non-Doctor Who Lego goodness, instructions on how to build your very own Lego TARDIS. There’s even a video:

So simple yet so amazingly accurate to the show! I had the idea of doing this for a girl at my college, now its a reality, thank you sir from the bottom of my heart
