female gazing at: Jamie Bell

Jamie Bell

Jac suggested we gaze at Jamie Bell. Because once he was Billy Elliot, and now he’s this:

Jamie Bell

He even makes Tintin kinda sexy:

Rockin’ the historical facial hair:

(If you have a suggestion for someone we should female-gaze at, feel free to email me with a name or a link to a particular photo. But check to see whom we’ve already gazed at.)

Oooh I love this actor – especially as Smike in Nicholas Nickelby!   And he was the best part of the otherwise blecch “Jumper”.  Definitely one to watch… and gaze at :)

I’m looking forward to seeing him and James McAvoy in ‘Filth’

He’s not bad looking, but I always felt he was miscast in Jane Eyre.  Not because he’s not a good actor (he is), but because he didn’t match up to the greek-godliness that St-John Rivers is supposed to be (they got a better match in the BBC adaptation a couple of years ago).

He’s attractive though (even if it feels vaguely wrong when you remember him as a kid).  Mind you, doesn’t stop me with Christian Bale (although I first remember him a Laurie in Little Women, so not quite so wierd – I saw the ‘younger’ roles afterwards)
