Yes, I’ve done my share of passing out this information. The current UKBA programme explicitly relies on bullying tactics with no legal backup; I can’t see how anyone with a conscience can support it. If you really believe that foreign-looking people are a problem, support laws to deal with them (and be prepared for everyone who doesn’t read the Daily Mail to laugh at you). But this is just disgusting.

do they tell you how to actually avoid answering or showing papers withouy getting yourself thrown to the ground, or arrested for intimidating, threatening or harrassing a police officer?
