if you are a subscriber — even at only $1/month — you should NOT have limited pageviews

It came to my attention last week that there are still some subscribers to this site who are seeing subscription popups and having their pageviews limited. This should not be happening.

If you have a subscription to this site, either monthly or annual, via Paypal or Amazon Payments, that you started before I put up the Tinypass paywall, I consider you a full subscriber entitled to all subscriber benefits, including unlimited pageviews.

I grandfathered all older subscribers into the Tinypass system as a thank-you for your longtime support.

Please see this help page for information on how you can log in so that your pageviews will not be limited, and so that you will not see requests to become a subscriber.

If you need more help or have any questions, please do not hesitate to email me.

Yeah, Tinypass sometimes logs you out, or the cookie expires, or whatever. Just log in again for that sweet, unfettered access you crave!

Apparently some older subscribers never got the email from Tinypass with their password. So they’ve never logged in at all.
