…and you’ve noticed that emails from PayPal or your credit card say your payments are being sent to “Piano Software,” don’t worry: that’s just Tinypass’s new name. Your money gets to me through them.
And thank you again for your support!
Thanks to reader bluejay for pointing out that this could potentially be confusing.
Thanks for clearing that up, MaryAnn.
That’s a weird name for a company that doesn’t seem to have anything to do with actual pianos.
Maybe their office is located in the Village. I just take for granted that a restaurant near St. Mark’s Place will be called The Laundromat or SOCKS!
But this year, I’m especially grateful for my subscription, and a comments section that (mostly) doesn’t make me hate the entire world.
Agreed.
Maybe they’re using it in the sense of “softly”? An adverb?
I’m hoping that the company is bringing back player pianos. As a steampunk fan, I’d love to have one (though it might not fit in my apartment).
Aren’t they usually uprights? or do you also live in a couple of attached closets.
heh, I never go out.
Soft software? Wouldn’t it just be Pianoware then? This is potentially deserving of an admission to the redundant department of redundancy along with Detective Comics Comics.
