my new column: “The Week in Women”

I’ve just debuted a new weekly column over at the site of the Alliance of Women Film Journalists (of which I’m a member) called “The Week in Women.” It’ll take a look each Friday at some of the trials and tribulations of women in Hollywood — as well as some of the triumphs, too.
