I’m so glad I had not seen this trailer before I saw the film. Because although it does not truly capture how hilarious the movie is, there are things in it that I screamed with laughter at because they were so startling, and I wouldn’t have been as startled if I’d been primed for them by the trailer.
I don’t think Blubberella, offensive as it is, can come close to being as awful as Breakin’ 2: Electric Boogaloo, Gigli, Jesse James Meets Frankenstein’s Daughter, or Ballistic: Ecks vs. Sever.

I’m really starting to wonder what the point of these documentaries is. No one is being convinced of anything, no minds are being changed, and nothing gets done in response.
If a film must stand the test of time, is there an optimal age for a great film before it starts to feel dated? What are you personal criteria for cinematic greatness… and does it bother you when other film fans use different criteria?
