Wannabe Christian swashbuckler throws a lot of stuff up on the screen in the hopes that something will stick as exciting and romantic. None of it does.
The bonfire at last night’s Guy Fawkes festivities in Wimbledon Park. (You can just make out the effigy in the center of the conflagration.)
The Doctor, Amy, and Rory find themselves right in the middle of Guy Fawkes’ plan to blow up Parliament… and you can download the game for free if you’ve got a U.K. IP address.
This weekend’s question may be mostly for my U.K. readers… though I suspect my readers elsewhere are likely crossculturally aware enough that they’ll have something to kick in here, too.
I still can’t get my head around how profoundly awed and moved and overwhelmed and terrorized and rejuvenated I am by this movie.
