Is it possible that banksters are subject to public shaming? When Bank of America dragged its heels for months on closing their mortgage, Ken and Meredith Williams of Georgia went to YouTube with this satirical music video — and an accompanying barrage via social networking. It worked: BoA finally made things right.

Now, if we could only figure out some way to mass-shame the entire banking industry, we might be able to fix some of the mess we’re in…
